Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a subject matter expert for security and identity management integrations on our banking platform.
  • Design and manage identity lifecycle solutions using Oracle Identity Management and SailPoint.
  • Implement robust authentication and access control policies via Oracle Access Manager.
  • Develop secure service-oriented architecture-based integrations and manage Oracle Identity and Access Management components.
  • Lead access control design across our banking platform and third-party systems.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks including SOX, CPS 230, PCI-DSS, and Common Security Initiative.
  • Integrate identity management solutions with LDAP/Active Directory and support security audits.
Essential Skills:
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Identity and Access Management (OIM, OAM, IDAM).
  • Experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) Suite, SOAP/REST APIs, encryption protocols.
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow.
  • Strong skills in single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, SAML, OAuth, OpenID.
  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, containers/microservices, and secure continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
  • Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
