We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The IAM specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing and managing IAM systems and solutions with a high project orientation.

This role requires someone with over 7 years of proven experience in implementing and managing IAM solutions. You will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
  • Experience with authentication standards and technologies, including Microsoft Entra ID
  • Extensive experience with IAM technologies such as SSO, two-factor authentication, privileged access management etc.

What we are looking for

To succeed in this role you will need:

  1. Proven experience in IAM implementation and management
  2. Deep knowledge of IAM principles, access governance and role-based access control
  3. Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  4. Ability to develop and mentor other IAM engineers
  5. Ability to design and implement identity management solutions including user provisioning, authentication and access control
  6. Ability to enforce access policies to ensure only authorized individuals access sensitive data and systems
  7. Ability to integrate identity management solutions with applications and systems
  8. Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to IAM
  9. Ability to respond to security incidents related to IAM
  10. Comprehensive documentation skills
  11. Ability to work collaboratively with other IT teams
  12. Ability to maintain lifecycle management of IAM solutions
  13. Conform to ASIC's ITIL processes
  14. Ability to work outside of hours to support critical operational changes, incidents and projects
