About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Proposition Manager to join our team at ANZ Private. As a key member of our Wealth Strategy Program, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Investment Office led initiatives and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Investment Proposition in strategic implementation and project delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve customer experiences
  • Take ownership of special projects that require innovative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and ensuring timely delivery
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and driving project success
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, roadmaps, and milestones, ensuring effective project tracking and reporting
  • Utilize data analysis and business acumen to inform decision-making and drive business growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a business management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work across functions to deliver successful projects
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to take on special projects that challenge and stretch capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities across various project streams
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels
  • Highly responsive and proactive, taking own initiative to drive progress and overcome obstacles
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with ability to create impactful presentations and conduct business analysis
