About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Proposition Manager to join our team at ANZ Private. As a key member of our Wealth Strategy Program, you will play a critical role in supporting the Chief Investment Office and driving initiatives that transform the way we serve our clients.

As an Investment Proposition Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Investment Proposition in strategic implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives, and taking ownership of special projects that push boundaries and foster personal and professional growth.

You will also be responsible for managing and prioritizing multiple projects across various streams, ensuring timely delivery, building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the Head of Investment Proposition in strategic implementation
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and initiatives
  • Taking ownership of special projects that push boundaries and foster personal and professional growth
  • Managing and prioritizing multiple projects across various streams, ensuring timely delivery
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
  • Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

  • Proven experience in a business management role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work across functions to deliver successful projects
  • Positive attitude and adaptability to take on special projects that challenge and stretch capabilities
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various project streams
  • Effective stakeholder management skills, with ability to build relationships and collaborate with individuals at all levels
  • Highly responsive and proactive, taking own initiative to drive progress and overcome obstacles
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, with the ability to create impactful presentations to effectively communicate information
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in conducting business analysis using Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey findings and insights clearly and concisely through PowerPoint presentations
