About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to join our Australia Commercial team. As a key member of our Transformation Management Office, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies and plans to drive the adoption of digital propositions across Australia Commercial.

With a strong focus on customer experience, you'll work closely with our Digital Propositions team to ensure that all change impacts, risks, and dependencies are well understood and addressed. Your expertise in change management will be instrumental in building strong relationships with key stakeholders and driving seamless change delivery.

As a Senior Change Manager, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to the development and refinement of our Australia Commercial change framework, approach, tools, and templates. Your innovative approach to change management will help us stay ahead of the curve and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to drive the adoption of digital propositions
  • Work closely with the Digital Propositions team to ensure effective change delivery
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive seamless change delivery
  • Contribute to the development and refinement of our Australia Commercial change framework, approach, tools, and templates
