Nursing Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate healthcare professional to lead our nursing team at GenesisCare. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the nursing staff as an exemplary role model for the profession of nursing, maintaining a high level of communication and performance development.
- Spearhead and champion initiatives to improve culture, quality, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with centre leaders, quality managers and Directors of Nursing to implement evidence-based best practice guidelines.
- Evaluate and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience.
- Certified Registration as a Nurse with AHPRA.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience as a nurse, with at least 1 year in oncology preferred.
- Demonstrated clinical knowledge and ability to apply relevant legislation, guidelines and standards.
- Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to demonstrate empathy for patients and their carers.
