About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the dynamic team at Alliance Nursing in a unique blended role of Allocations Team Leader & Office Manager. In this full-time role based in Woolloongabba QLD 4102, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office and providing leadership to the nursing allocations team. Alliance Nursing is a wholly owned subsidiary of the NSW Business Chamber, so along with a great environment we offer 22 days annual leave per year and other fantastic employee benefits

What you'll be doing

• Manage and oversee the administrative functions of the office, ensuring efficient and effective workflow

• Lead, coach and develop the allocations team, providing guidance and support to ensure continued high performance

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to coordinate office activities and resolve any issues

• Implement and maintain efficient office systems and procedures to drive continuous improvement

• Monitor and report on office KPIs, identifying areas for improvement

• Contribute to the overall success of the business by supporting strategic initiatives and spearheading the QLD allocations team

What we're looking for

• Significant experience in an office management or team leadership role, ideally within the healthcare or nursing industry

• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships

• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and other office administration software

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Office Management or a related field would be highly regarded
