Position: Assistant in Nursing

Pay rate: Up to $41.25 per hour
Location: Brisbane

About the role
We're looking for caring and dedicated AINs who bring not just experience, but a warm, positive attitude. If you're someone who loves helping others and wants to make a real difference in people's daily lives, we'd love to have you on our nursing team.

In this role, you'll be making a real difference by providing thoughtful, high-quality care during a variety of community shifts. You won't be doing it alone—you'll have the support of a dedicated team that truly cares. We're looking for someone who sees the whole person, not just the task at hand—someone who builds genuine connections and brings warmth, safety, and positivity into every interaction.

What your day will look like

  • Ensure clients arrive at their appointments on time
  • Support clients with activities of daily living, including personal care
  • Deliver high-quality care in a home-based setting
  • Implement interventions in line with individual care plans
  • Accurately document client interactions using cloud-based software
  • Assist with medication management
  • Help with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring all dietary needs are met
  • Provide domestic assistance to maintain a clean and safe environment
