Prosthetist & Orthotist

We are seeking a skilled Prosthetist and Orthotist to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with adults and children with disabilities, providing comprehensive orthotic services tailored to their unique needs.

About Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for assessing clients' requirements and providing personalized orthotic solutions in centre-based and community-based settings.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Participate in research initiatives, pilot projects, and service innovations to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Orthotics and Prosthetics are essential.
  • Current registration with The Australian Orthotic Prosthetic Association (AOPA) is required.
  • Experience working as a clinician in the disability sector is necessary.
  • Familiarity with strengths-based practice, family-centred approaches, and person-centred care is desirable.
