Orthotics Specialist

The Orthotist and Prosthetist will evaluate patients to determine their need for orthotic or prosthetic devices. The role involves developing treatment plans and providing ongoing monitoring and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients to determine the need for orthotic or prosthetic devices
- Design, fabricate, and fit custom orthotic and prosthetic devices
- Provide ongoing monitoring and maintenance of orthotic and prosthetic devices
- Educate patients on proper use and care of their orthotic or prosthetic devices
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in orthotics and prosthetics or a related field
- Licensure as an Orthotist and Prosthetist in the state of practice
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Orthotist and Prosthetist
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
