Orthotics Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Orthotics Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary Allied Health team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality orthotic services to children and adults with disability.

The successful candidate will have strong clinical skills, including assessment, measurement, fabrication, and provision of orthotic solutions suited to the specific needs of our clients. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assess and treat patients with a range of orthotic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on orthotic management and maintenance
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Orthotics and Prosthetics, current registration with the relevant professional association, and experience working as a clinician within the disability sector.
