About the Role:


We are seeking a highly skilled Pastry Commis to join our passionate pastry team at RACV. As a Pastry Commis, you will work alongside our talented Executive Pastry Chef to create mouthwatering pastries and desserts.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Preparing a variety of sweet treats, from classic pastries to innovative desserts.
  • Working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, collaborating with the pastry team to deliver exceptional results.
  • Developing your skills and knowledge in patisserie and dessert preparation.

Requirements:



  • A Certificate III in Patisserie or equivalent culinary qualification.
  • Experience working in a high-pressure, 4-5-star restaurant or resort environment.
  • A passion for crafting exceptional pastries and desserts.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • A creative flair and a keen eye for detail.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development.
