We're seeking a talented Pastry Commis Chef to join our high-performing team.

The Role

Under the guidance of our Executive Pastry Chef, you'll be responsible for producing a daily selection of exquisite pastries and fresh products.

A commitment to creativity and consistent premium quality is essential in this role.

What We're Looking For

  • Certificate III or higher in Patisserie or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced 4-5* resort or restaurant environment.
  • A passion for all things pastry with a strong focus on product quality and presentation.
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards and procedures.
  • A creative and innovative mindset.
  • A desire to further develop your skills.
  • The flexibility to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and peak holiday periods.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
