About this role:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive individual with strong administrative skills to support our Training Department.
This role involves assisting the Training Coordinator and the wider team to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and maintaining documents, including complex mail merges and templates
- Organising travel, accommodation, and training venues across multiple time zones
- Raising sales and purchase orders
Essential requirements:
- Certificate III or higher in Business Administration or 2+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Suite
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and the safety of your co-workers
