About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our workshop team. This role will be on a Monday-Friday full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee general administrative functions including data entry, electronic filing, records management & office administration.
  • Carry out work order management activities including purchase requisition creation, goods receipting, relevant document flow.
  • Maintaining the training bookings for operational staff and records management.
  • Co-ordinating customer and industry inductions for branch staff including medical bookings and site inductions.
  • Coordinate branch staff uniform and PPE requirements.
  • Safety administration and compliance documentation.
  • Part of the administration team that handle internal and external stakeholder communications.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement to enhance processes, drive efficiencies and improve customer service.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience within an administration position.
  • Formal qualifications in business administration desirable.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to develop strong positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Computer literacy skills - MS Office & data entry.
