Requirements:
- Asset Management Expertise in the Mining sector: at least 3 years of experience in asset management, asset maintenance, asset management systems, or related advisory roles with demonstrated experience in the Mining sector.
- Project Delivery Skills: Proven experience managing complex projects from planning to implementation, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
- Client-Centered Approach: Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and tailored service delivery.
- Analytical Thinking: A strong analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and the ability to present complex data in a clear, actionable format.
- Communication Excellence: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including report writing, data presentation, and public speaking.
- Team Collaboration: A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn from and mentor others.
- Relevant Qualifications: A Bachelor's or Post-Graduate degree in a relevant field, with certification in Asset Management (CAMA, CPAM or equivalent) or a willingness to obtain certification.
