Optimizing asset maintenance strategies is a key aspect of our organization's goals.

The Asset Management Specialist will contribute to the development and ongoing improvement of these strategies, providing technical expertise to support the Reliability, Planning and Execution functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Asset Management Master Data best practices.
  • Support a safe, productive, quality, sustainable and disciplined work environment.
  • Build strong relationships through effective communication, feedback and consultation.
  • Coach and mentor team members to deliver on plan and build a high-performing team.
  • Ensure accountability for performance by delivering high-quality tasks, services and advice.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of systems and processes that enable effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Engage key stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges related to Master Data.
  • Assist operations in identifying and implementing initiatives that drive value from a Maintenance Planning perspective.
