Job Title: Club Manager
About the Role:- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Club Manager to lead our sales process, manage club operations, and coach a team of dedicated staff.
- The ideal candidate will be results-driven, passionate about customer service, and have excellent people management and leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective outreach, lead generation, appointments, and membership processing.
- Manage all club operations, procedures, and staff performance to ensure exceptional member experience.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve goals and targets.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and team leadership.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team.
