Bar & Gaming Supervisor – Wynnum Golf Club (Brisbane Bayside)

Full-Time, Part-Time or Casual | Lead Gaming & Bar Operations | Immediate Start

Are you an experienced gaming and bar professional ready to step into a leadership role? Wynnum Golf Club is looking for a dedicated Bar & Gaming Supervisor to oversee the smooth running of our bar and gaming operations.

Based in Brisbane's beautiful Bayside, our Club is home to a thriving bar, Electronic Gaming Machines (EGMs), TAB, Café/Bistro and a popular Wedding & Function Centre. We're a busy venue with a loyal membership base and a reputation for friendly service.

We're looking for someone who knows their way around gaming compliance, can manage a cellar, and enjoys leading a team to deliver top-tier customer experiences.

About the Role:

You'll take the lead on bar and gaming floor operations, supporting staff and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and Club requirements. The role also includes stock and cellar management and occasional function service support.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising daily operations across bar, TAB and EGM areas
  • Ensuring EGM compliance and adherence to gaming regulations
  • Beverage stock management and cellar operations
  • Coordinating and leading function service as needed
  • Training and mentoring front-of-house team members
  • Maintaining a safe, compliant and welcoming venue for all patrons

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 3 years' hospitality experience, including at least 2 years in gaming
  • Strong working knowledge of EGM operations and compliance
  • Current RSA and RSG certificates (essential)
  • Confident leader with a hands-on, team-focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly with gaming procedures
  • Availability for a rotating roster, including regular weekends and evenings
