Job Title: Club Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced operations manager to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, managing various aspects of the business, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial management and reporting for the Bar and Gaming operations.
- Managing and developing a team of paid staff and volunteers in the bar and gaming operations of the club.
- Management of functions, events, and entertainment.
- Coordinating with the independent bistro operator on day-to-day operations, functions, events, and entertainment.
- Ensuring a safe, Zero Tolerance environment for staff, patrons, and members.
Requirements:
- Liquor Approved Manager License - Queensland.
- Current RMLV, RSA, RSG First Aid, and CPR qualifications.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years' experience in club or hotel management.
- Excellent customer service and staff management skills.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in computer, security, audio, and video systems.
