Club Operations Manager
About Us:

Job Description:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall performance of our club. This includes leading teams to achieve business objectives, managing budgets, and staying ahead of industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellent service to members and achieve set targets.
- Financial Management: Manage the club's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and regular financial reporting.
- Strategic Planning: Stay ahead of industry trends and develop strategies to keep the club competitive and attractive to members.
- Problem Solving: Address challenges and issues as they arise, making quick and effective decisions.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the fitness or related industry.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and working with business metrics.
- Strong people management and leadership skills.
- Competence in financial reporting and budget management.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Innovative and forward-thinking mindset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
