Senior Revenue Operations Manager

We're on a mission to revolutionize traditional education with the power of video. As a Senior Revenue Operations Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving revenue growth and efficiency across our global operations.
About the RoleAs a key member of our revenue operations team, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading and optimizing revenue operations to maximize customer lifetime value and revenue growth
- Determining go-to-market strategies for new business and product launches
- Working closely with our Chief Customer Officer to establish, measure, and monitor key metrics and track revenue performance
- Utilizing data and analytics to develop accurate revenue forecasts and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborating with various departments to gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and monitor market trends
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Recent experience in a similar RevOps role, with 5+ years of experience in sales and/or operations
- Proven experience contributing to revenue generation and growth
- EdTech or SaaS experience highly regarded
- Drive and passion to meet sales targets by taking ownership over contributions to team success
- Highly organized, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, and data analysis tools
