We are seeking a highly skilled Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team in a Paediatric environment. As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide assessment and Behaviour Support Plans for NDIS Participants and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Behaviour Support Plans for Paediatric clients
- Work collaboratively with Allied Health professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Provide assessment and Behaviour Support services in-clinic and in-home settings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar
- NDIS Registration as a Core Behaviour Support Practitioner (ideal but not essential)
