We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC service specialist to join our team. As an HVAC service specialist, you will be responsible for conducting warranty-related installations and repairs, troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.
- Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of warranty-related tasks.
- Minimum 5 years experience as an HVAC technician.
- Advanced trouble-shooting abilities.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred.
