What We're Looking For

We want a skilled HVAC expert who takes pride in their craft and values exceptional customer service:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Advanced Trouble-shooting abilities
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Exceptional communication skills and a passion for helping others.
• Proven experience as an HVAC technician, with a focus on warranty-related work.
• EPA certification required; additional certifications or licenses may be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and coworkers.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Experience and Education

• Residential HVAC experience is a must

Compensation

Your pay will be based on experience, with plenty of room for growth

Hourly Range $28 - $35 / based on Experience - PLUS: the ability to earn $$ Commission

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Perform troubleshooting and diagnostic assessments to identify and resolve issues with installed systems.
• Replace defective components and parts under warranty, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
• Document all work performed, including detailed records of parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and preventive maintenance recommendations.
• Coordinate with other team members and departments to ensure timely completion of warranty-related tasks.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including company vehicles and equipment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times to prevent accidents and injuries.
