About the Role

This is a rare and unique senior management opportunity to lead the NSW business unit of the Buildability Group, a national household brand in the landscape construction and maintenance services arena. As a key member of the executive team, you will oversee, mentor, and motivate all senior members, including Operations Managers, Contract Managers, Finance, Accounts, and site staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the NSW business unit.
  2. Tender and Bid Management: Lead the tender and bid process for new projects, ensuring that the company's proposals are well-researched and compelling.
  3. Client Liaison and Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  4. Finances, Budgets, and Forecasts: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to ensure the NSW business unit is operating within budget and achieving its financial goals.
  5. Procurement: Source and procure materials, equipment, and services to support the NSW business unit's operations.
  6. Staff Development and Training: Train and mentor staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  7. Recruitment and Hiring: Recruit and hire new staff to support the growth and development of the NSW business unit.
Requirements
  1. Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture (REQUIRED)
  2. 5+ years' minimum experience within a senior role
  3. Commercial landscape maintenance experience
  4. Driver's License
