About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mowing Team Leader to join our team at Skyline Landscape Services. As a Mowing Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our mowing operations, ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces across multiple commercial and council-controlled open space sites.

This is a hands-on leadership role that requires a strong commitment to quality and safety. You will be working alongside your team to maintain and enhance green spaces, and will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of Mower Operators to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Inspecting sites regularly to ensure high standards of lawn maintenance and addressing any issues promptly.
  • Enforcing safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Maintaining and repairing mowing equipment to ensure it is well-maintained and operational.

We are looking for a candidate with strong team management skills, who is able to motivate and develop team members. You will also need to be proficient in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment, and have a strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proficient in operating and maintaining various mowing equipment.
  • Strong team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Valid White Card.
  • Valid Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
  • Valid Drivers' license.
