- Previous outdoor cleaning or supervisory experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
- Willingness to actively participate in cleaning activities.
- Manual driver's license.
- Physically fit, reliable, punctual, and hard-working.
- Competitive above award hourly rate.
- Monday to Friday work schedule with early start and early finish.
