About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Landscape Construction Project Manager to join our dynamic team at ACRWORLD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing landscaping construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Quality Control: Monitor work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
  • Site Management: Conduct regular site inspections and manage on-site problem-solving.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of landscaping construction teams.
  • Project Planning: Interpret and implement project plans, specifications, and blueprints.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of work progress, materials used, and any incidents.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Foreman or similar supervisory role in landscaping construction or a related field.
  • Background: Background in light civils or landscaping, with strong knowledge of construction techniques and practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
  • Safety Knowledge: Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the industry.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
