We are seeking an experienced and passionate centre manager to lead our team in providing high-quality care and education for children, families, staff, and the community.

- Oversee day-to-day centre activities, including effective communication with families, employees, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead a high-performing team to provide high-quality care and education for children, families, staff, and the community.
- Nurture a positive and inclusive culture that encourages collaboration and ensures a smooth and safe child and family experience.
As a centre manager, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children, families, and staff. Requirements- Relevant degree or diploma in early childhood education and care.
- Minimum 2 years' centre management experience.
- Strong background in driving change and leading new services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Skilled in leading, inspiring, and motivating teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passionate, enthusiastic, and committed to high-quality care.
- Current working with children check, police check, first aid, asthma & anaphylaxis training, and food safety supervisor certificate.
