Job Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operational tasks, including rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events and communications. They will also work closely with internal & external teams and community groups to develop children's and parent education for lifelong learning.

Key responsibilities include maintaining documents and records in accordance with Centre Policies and licensing Regulations, assisting the centre to keep the QIP active and updated, and ensuring the health and well-being of the children and staff.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need previous experience as a Centre Manager, experience working with children & families from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, and solid computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft packages; proficiency in the use of QIKKIDS and Time Target, or similar systems.
