Early Childhood Education Leader

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Early Childhood Education Leader to lead our team of dedicated professionals in creating a safe and nurturing environment for young children. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a professional team to create a safe and secure environment that supports children's learning and development.
  • Build lasting relationships with families through open communication and regular updates.
  • Develop a culture of quality and safety that exceeds expectations.

Requirements:

  • A completed Diploma in Children's Services or Bachelor of Education (or working towards).
  • Prior experience in a long day-care centre in a leadership role.
  • Sound knowledge and implementation of the NQF and EYLF.
  • Budget accountability and financial management skills.
  • Current First Aid and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates, and current Working with Children check.
