Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise team and workflow through production
  • Ensure quality repairs are completed within timeframes
  • Coach and develop team members to improve capability and productivity
  • Develop and maintain key relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Previous collision repair experience in a leadership capacity (minimum 2 years)
  • Inspirational leadership and great people management skills
  • A focus on site safety, workflow, and productivity
  • A commitment to quality and customer experience
