Support the Leadership Team at Edwards Lifesciences

As a key member of the Administration team at Edwards Lifesciences, you will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team with their daily needs. Your work will be highly valued as you coordinate key meetings and events, support the onboarding of new team members, and ensure the teams you support have what they need to be successful.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general administrative activities, including screening and directing phone calls, filing, and composing and typing general correspondence under limited supervision.
  • Manage the schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail, plan and execute meetings and events according to request, and schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with external suppliers, establishing and maintaining relationships with hotels, restaurants, event agencies, entertainment providers, and other participating parties.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including travel arrangements, processing and preparation of travel expenses, tailoring and finalizing business presentations, and preparing meeting minutes.
  • Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 4 years of working experience, preferably in a multinational company.
Additional Skills:
  • Ability to build partnerships internally and externally.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and high level of energy.
  • Strong expertise in MS Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytic skills.
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and able to work to deadlines.
  • Full knowledge and understanding of Edwards Lifesciences policies and procedures.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to prioritize competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels.
