- Coordinate the recruitment and on-boarding of event volunteers for scheduled Memory & Jog events
- Advertise and promote volunteering opportunities through local portals, recruitment platforms, etc.
- Collaborate with the Fundraising Team, including logistical planning, induction, meetings, and internal briefings
- Collaborate effectively with team members to maximize existing volunteers' sign-up for local events and ensure clear communication with those who support the organization in other program areas
- Salary benefits: We offer all employees the opportunity to salary package up to $15,900 each year for living expenses and up to $2,650 each year for entertainment benefits

- Relevant Diploma, Certificate, or Tertiary qualification skill and/or experience in volunteer coordination, preferably in a related non-for-profit environment
- A minimum of 2 years practical experience with volunteers in an Administration or Coordinator role
- Proven experience in working as part of a team as well as demonstrated ability to work autonomously
- Administration experience, particularly with Better Impact database, compliance, policies, and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan ahead
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of individuals nationally
- Ability to work weekend of event and occasional night as required
