  • We are seeking a strategic partner to drive people matters as our organisation continues to grow.
Job Description

The successful candidate will work closely with a diverse team of professionals who bring the customer to the heart of everything we do. You will be integral in driving operational people matters, including change management and system projects, to enhance how we interact with our business.

You will support our teams with employment relations, industrial relations and all facets of the employee lifecycle, including employee engagement and development.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to make a positive impact on our organisation and contribute to its growth.

Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert guidance on employment law and awards to optimise people outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build effective working relationships and communicate key information.
Requirements
  • Preferably worked in either Government or within a complex organisation structure.
  • Experience in interpreting Awards and legislative provisions to key stakeholders.
  • Excellent computer skills with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong knowledge of contemporary Human Resources practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organisation.
