**About the role**:
The Pricing Partner is a full-time position, based at North Ryde.
Reporting to the Strategic Pricing Manager, this role is responsible for Providing strategic insights to the sales and marketing teams through partnering with the business and utilising the Analytics and PRISM (Pricing Insights & Management) system to deliver CSR EBIT improvement through price and margin optimisation under the pricing methodology & framework.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Lead the strategic pricing partnerships with senior BU leaders to identify deep insights from analytics across the pricing framework.
- Drive alignment and governance of the broader CSR pricing strategy to drive informed decisions and materially impact EBIT outcomes across CSR.
- Undertake deep interrogation of the relevant pricing data to uncover potential opportunities and produce a roadmap of activities for the sales teams to action in order to maximise the benefits of the CSR Pricing strategy.
- Ensure adherence by senior leaders of existing pricing and customer segments to the CSR Pricing strategy and propose changes in line with the business strategy and market conditions.
- Partner with the business stakeholders to realise the identified financial opportunities and proactively lead the BU adoption of pricing principles to deliver the benefits to customers and CSR.
- Comply with CSR WHSE authorities in accordance with the responsibilities matrix.
- Implement, optimise and analyse a benefit tracking tool to measure success.
- Own any systems that are related to providing price manipulation and / or reporting.
- Ensure adoption and utilisation of the PRISM system within the partnering business.
- Lead collaborative relationships and partnering with key business stakeholders in an effective, end-to-end manner.

**About You**:

- 5 Years experience in developing and maintaining pricing analysis methodologies across a large business enterprise.
- Tertiary qualification in related field.
- Understanding of the CSR business operations and strategy is beneficial.
- Advanced Excel skills, especially around pricing modelling and analysis
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and/or other analytical tools would be considered favourably.
- Ability to solve problems in a logical and structured manner.
- Ability to develop complex analyses & quickly synthesise information to develop actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and the ability to influence, establish and maintain strong partnerships with key executive stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a cross-functional teams.
