**The Organisation**
This large and diverse organisation situated all over Australia is a leader within their field. As they continue to grow and expand their footprint throughout Australia, they are seeking an HR Business Partner to provide effective HR support nationally and mentor a newly appointed P&C Coordinator in Sydney who will report into them.

**The Role**
This is a true business partnering role reporting to the GM of HR, where they will be responsible for providing effective and customer-focused HR and ER advice to their business unit across Australia. Key responsibilities will include managing grievances, performance management, compliance as well as developing training needs to uplift capability. Your stakeholders will be based in other states so occasional travel may be required however it is not very often.

In addition, you will develop and maintain those relationships to ensure all people-related initiatives are delivered through effective people management.

**The Individual**
The successful individual will be an experienced Business Partner who is confident, resilient and will have the ability to be creative in their role around solutions and problem solving. They will be self-motivated with high energy and can work in a fast-paced environment.

**What's on Offer**
