About the Role

Our client is an ASX-listed financial services organisation with a strong focus on governance and compliance. This role will oversee disclosure materials and provide support across the broader team to ensure governance and disclosure practices meet high standards.

This is a permanent position available in either Melbourne or Sydney, offering flexible and hybrid work arrangements. Our client is open-minded when it comes to background, making this role suitable for a budding professional in financial services organisations who has experience in client/investor reporting, fund/superannuation administration reporting, or other types of financial services administration roles requiring reviewing documentation and adherence to requirements and relevant protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Disclosure Management: Manage the lifecycle of Offer Documents, including Product Disclosure Statements (PDS), Information Memoranda, and other key documents.
  • Liaison and Stakeholder Management: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding disclosure matters.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Support compliance monitoring and operational checks.
  • Process Improvement: Actively monitor and improve processes related to disclosure.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Governance, Legal or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience within financial services or highly regulated environment, ideally from a Big 4 audit consultancy, superannuation/funds management or banking background.
  • Analytically minded with a strong understanding of governance ideally within financial services.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
What We Offer
