About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Senior Financial Governance Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, VIC or Perth, WA. Alternatively, we can accommodate remote working arrangements for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and providing advice on financial information, corporate governance, and risk management for companies participating in the relevant industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse financial reports, including balance sheets, cash flows, capital cost estimates, and data from existing and new infrastructure projects.
  • Review governance reports lodged with relevant bodies and prepare advice for senior management.
Requirements:
  • A relevant technical or accounting/finance degree is required.
  • Demonstrated high-level knowledge and experience in undertaking corporate governance and risk management framework analysis, preparing reports, and effectively communicating findings.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and strong analytical research abilities.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $70,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements, professional development opportunities, and a supportive work environment.
