- Bakery Operations: Proactively keep the bakery topped up by baking fresh goods, ensuring a consistent supply of high-quality products.
- Experience: Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment, preferably in a customer-facing role.
- Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers in a busy store environment.
- Flexibility: Flexibility to start a shift early or finish late, as required by the business.
- Positive Attitude: A positive approach to changing priorities, with a drive and passion to work hard and make the store a success.
