- Develop and execute omnichannel campaigns in marketing automation tool, focusing on lifecycle and trigger-based campaigns in response to customer behavior.
- Collaborate with martech teams to leverage new data opportunities and capabilities within the platform.
- Act as internal SME and advocate for marketing automation and our marketing automation platform.
- Collaborate with digital designers and brand team members for copy, creative and video assets.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
To excel in this role, you need to have:
- Understanding of customer lifecycle journeys and audience segmentation.
- Hunger to test-and-learn and find areas to improve customer engagement.
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and thrive in fast-paced environment.
