Job Summary

As a seasoned Marketing Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer experience through cross-channel marketing lifecycle campaigns. Your expertise in managing and optimizing automated campaigns will drive incremental revenue and operational improvements.

  • Manage the post-booking customer journey by building new automated campaigns across email, app push, and other channels to elevate the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with our digital and commercial teams to implement campaign strategies that yield significant results.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth.
  • Partner with data teams and IT to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement automated campaigns using HTML assets to improve customer engagement.
  • Work closely with the Digital Analyst to measure and report campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Maintain systems and processes to ensure best practices and data integrity.

Requirements / Key Skills:

  • Tertiary education in Business or IT, particularly in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Information Systems, or a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing automation platforms, customer lifecycle management, or fast-paced client environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a passion for quality control.
  • Experience with CRM marketing automation platforms such as Braze (preferred), Salesforce, Responsys, and reporting tools like PowerBI or Adobe Analytics.
