We are seeking a senior medical receptionist to manage our family practice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in GP medical reception and management, as well as proficiency in medical practice management software.

Key responsibilities include assisting doctors and clinical staff with administration, answering calls and booking appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and managing patient records.

Additional duties may include private billing of patients, billing and batching to Medicare, scanning, faxing and post, and providing computer and software support to the doctors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the practice to ensure compliance is met, maintaining accurate records, and reporting to management on a regular basis.
