About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Receptionist to join our team at Burnside Hospital Clinic. As a key member of our healthcare organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and providing a seamless experience for patients, referrers, and visitors.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will handle reception duties, appointment scheduling, and patient administration with efficiency and care. This role offers Monday to Friday shifts between 7:45am and 5:00pm, with occasional weekend work, and includes a comprehensive paid training program to set you up for success.


Your Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent patient care and support in a fast-paced medical environment.
  • Handle reception duties, including answering phone calls, managing appointments, and processing payments.
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and data protection.
  • Work collaboratively with the Office Manager and other team members to achieve operational excellence.

About You
  • You have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • You possess strong organizational skills and can multitask with ease.
  • You have prior experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably in a medical setting.
  • You are available to work Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts between 7:45am and 5:00pm.
