Office Support Professional

 

The role of the Office Administrator is multifaceted, encompassing front-of-house and day-to-day operations.

  • Manage office activities with ease, ensuring seamless daily operations.
  • Provide executive support to Directors, including calendar management, travel arrangements and meeting coordination.
  • Coordinate appointments and client selection meetings with precision.
  • Assist in document management for sales, projects and compliance.
  • Support bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing, PO management and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records.
  • Assist with internal communications and team events.
  • Liaise with consultants, suppliers and site supervisors when needed.

Key Requirements:

  • A proven administration or office management background.
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Xero and MYOB are bonuses).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor and a team-first mindset.

Desirable Qualities:

  • A background in construction, architecture or property development.
  • Familiarity with building contracts and compliance documentation.
  • A passion for design and the home-building process.
