Job Title: Office Support Specialist

The role of the Office Support Specialist is to provide administrative assistance to the reception team, ensuring the smooth operation of front-of-house services.

This includes managing reception, taking payments, assisting guests and residents with queries and requests, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the front-of-house area, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all visitors.
  • Take payments and process transactions efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist guests and residents with queries and requests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, using computer programs and Microsoft Office.
  • Perform general receptionist duties, including filing and data entry.
  • Evaluate and address customer complaints promptly and professionally.

About You:

  • You will have previous experience in a similar role, with strong administrative skills and computer literacy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
