Job Description

A retail leader is sought after to spearhead the success of a new store in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have exceptional product knowledge and be able to effectively engage kids and teens by creating memorable shopping experiences.

In this role, you will thrive in a dynamic environment where your commercial acumen and leadership skills can truly shine. You will be responsible for driving customer-focused culture, embracing the fun nature of the brand, and creating welcoming and inclusive environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive customer-focused culture, creating memorable and seamless experiences.

  • Engage and empower team through ongoing training, mentoring, and collaboration.
  • Convert customer interactions to sales by demonstrating product knowledge.
  • Motivate team to meet sales targets and business key performance indicators.
  • Drive operational excellence, manage rosters, and prepare back-of-house administration.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years+ experience working as successful retail Store Manager.
  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with ability to exceed sales, wages, and shrinkage KPI's.
  • Natural leader connected to learning and development of engaged team.
  • Able to retain technical product and ingredient knowledge and demonstrate passion for Allkinds No Gross Stuff approach.
  • Larger-than-life personality to confidently connect to customer needs.
  • Ability to analyse and organise stock to maximise sales on shop floor.
