Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Service Coordinator to join our Bookings and Community Centres team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day bookings and management of our community buildings, staffed community centres, sports fields, and open space facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and user groups
  • Manage bookings and bookings administration
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of services
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities

Requirements

  • Relevant experience in office or facility administration or other relevant area
  • Proven computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to efficiently write and produce accurate reports, correspondence, and documents
  • Experience in a busy customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
