The successful candidate will join our Bookings and Community Centres team in providing high-quality customer service to residents and user groups for Council's bookable community spaces.

This role is responsible for the day-to-day booking management of the Council's community building facilities, Council-managed recreational facilities, and other facilities as required.

The position requires experience in office or facility administration, proven computer skills, and ability to efficiently write and produce accurate reports, correspondence, and documents.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience in a busy customer service environment, proven communication skills, and ability to operate an electronic booking system and keep accurate records.

We offer a casual position with 20 hours per week, working 3 days a week, Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm.

The salary range is $38.18 to $43.91 per week, plus 11.5% superannuation, with a commencing salary negotiable based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
